Please contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I will help with separation anxiety, lead pulling, dog reactivity, excessive barking, chewing, jumping up, digging, stealing, anxiety around traffic and some forms of aggression.
All consultations are on a one to one basis. The initial consultation will last approximately one and a half hours and will be in the home. A full history will be taken and an assessment will be made. It may be necessary to walk your dog if this is where the problems usually arise.
A written behaviour modification plan will be emailed to you within seven days, with tasks for you to follow for the next four to six weeks. I will also ask you to keep a diary of how your dog reacts to the tasks.
I will carry out an interim review approximately four weeks after the plan was delivered. This will be via telephone.
A final home consultation will be carried out to review your progress and recommend the next steps. This final consultation will be approximately one hour and is included in the price.
All of my clients will also benefit from life time email support following the consultation.
Please note, this consultation is not suitable for puppy training, it is for more complex behaviour concerns.
All of my dog walks are on a one to one basis. If there is more than one dog in a family, I am happy to walk them altogether.
I will walk in all weathers so your canine friend may get a bit wet and muddy when out. I will wash off excess mud and towel dry them before allowing them back in to your home, but please be aware they may not be spotlessly clean!
If we are lucky enough to have very hot weather, where it would be too dangerous to walk, I will still visit your home and sit with your dog, give them cuddles, let them out in to the garden and play brain stimulation games with them. This will last for the full hour.
I will send you photo's of the walk to keep you updated on what your best friend has been up to and also a photo of the GPS tracker so you can see where we walked.

If you are unsure, please call or email me.
I will take full payment when I arrive at your home. This can be either cash or BACS payment.
For clients having regular dog walks, I am happy for you to pay daily or once a week, whichever your prefer.
Please note, for canine behaviour consults I will require a £30 deposit to be paid when you book the consultation. The balance will need to paid on the day of the consultation.
I can help with 90% of behavioural problems, but if I think I will be unable to resolve the issue I will let you know immediately before any payment is taken.
If I am visiting your home on a regular basis for dog walking or pet sitting I will need a key.
All keys are kept in a locked safety deposit box, there are no identifying labels on them. I use a colour code system which allows me to know which key belongs to which client. I am the only person who will know these codes.
Yes. I have full business insurance with Direct Line. If you would like to see a copy of the certificate please ask and I will be happy to show you.
I am currently undergoing training for laser therapy in dogs and cats. Laser therapy is a non invasive therapy that uses a special light to help accelerate the body's natural healing process. It can be used to help promote wound healing and is excellent for the management of arthritis and joint disease.
