Terms of Service 

Fleckney Pet Care

Fees – all fees are due at the time of the first visit, either by BACS or cash. If I am visiting regularly for walking or pet sitting, I am happy for you to pay at the end of each week.

Cancellation – If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. Any bookings cancelled on the day will be charged at the normal rate.

If you have regular services every week such as dog walking, and are cancelling permanently,  I will require seven days notice of cancellation.

Holidays – If I am planning a holiday I will let you know as soon as possible, usually at least one month in advance.

Prices – All prices are correct at the time of booking. Price increases may occur occasionally.

Injury/illness – If your pet is injured or becomes ill whilst in my care, you will be responsible for any veterinary fees incurred. 

I will do my best to contact you immediately. If I am unable to contact you I will ensure your pet receives veterinary care immediately if necessary. 

House sitting – It is your responsibility to provide all food, bedding, medication, or any other item needed, for any pet left in my care.

Dog walking – I will provide waste bags and treats for all walks. I will towel dry your dog before allowing him back in to your home, but please be aware that they may still be muddy or wet as I walk in all weathers.
